Senior Robotics & Embedded Systems Engineer

ROLE OBJECTIVE & MISSION

We are searching for an exceptional Embedded Systems & Robotics Engineer to architect next-generation autonomous hardware kits and IoT controllers for STEM education and industrial prototyping. You will lead hardware design from schematics to firmwares and field deployment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES

• Design & prototype multi-layer PCBs for ESP32, STM32, and Raspberry Pi-based robotics kits.
• Write optimized C/C++ Real-Time Operating System (FreeRTOS/ROS2) embedded firmware.
• Implement sensor fusion (IMU, LiDAR, Ultrasonic, Encoders) and motor control algorithms (PID, PWM).
• Collaborate with the STEM curriculum team to ensure hardware components are intuitive and robust for hands-on learning.
• Conduct hardware reliability testing, debugging, and production line QA.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES

• 4+ years hands-on experience in Embedded C/C++, PCB Design (KiCAD/Altium), and Microcontrollers.
• Solid experience with ROS/ROS2, UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, and wireless protocols (Wi-Fi, BLE).
• Familiarity with motor drivers (BLDC, Stepper, Servo) and power management circuits.
• Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
• Passion for STEM education, DIY robotics, and building physical products.
