STEM Curriculum & Tinkering Lab Lead

ROLE OBJECTIVE & MISSION

KITE ROBOTICS is empowering thousands of students across India with hands-on robotics, AI, and IoT labs. As STEM Curriculum Lead, you will design experiential learning modules, train educators, and lead hands-on tinkering workshops in partner schools and innovation hubs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES

• Architect project-based learning curricula covering basic electronics, Arduino, Block-based coding, and Python robotics.
• Develop interactive lab kits, step-by-step assembly manuals, and video tutorials.
• Conduct train-the-trainer workshops for school faculties across Bihar, WB, and Maharashtra.
• Organize robotics hackathons, drone building challenges, and regional STEM expos.
• Gather feedback from classroom deployments to continuously refine hardware-software learning modules.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES

• 2+ years experience in STEM education, maker culture, robotics instruction, or curriculum design.
• Strong proficiency with Arduino IDE, Scratch/Blockly, micro:bit, and basic Python coding.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for hands-on building, 3D printing, and Tinkering Labs.
• Excellent verbal presentation and mentor communication skills.
• Willingness to travel periodically to regional partner hubs.
